Even if you leave the rest of the food, but when it comes to samosas, your mouth automatically starts watering. Despite trying hard to control your mind, your mind still goes towards the hot samosas.
Street food samosa shop becomes even more tempting when the masala inside the samosa is very spicy and the chutney is sour. After this, whenever you pass through that route, the smell of samosa attracts you. There is a shop in the vegetable market near Ram Rekha Ghat of Buxar where samosas are very special, there is a queue of people eating samosas here.
Ajay serves samosa for 6 rupees a piece
Actually, there are dozens of small and big street food shops near Ram Rekha Ghat of Buxar. But the samosa shop near the vegetable market is very special. Ajay Kumar runs this shop. Ajay has converted his cart into a shop.
Ajay told that this cart makes bread pakoda, gram pakoda, chilli pakoda and other items very tasty along with samosa. But samosas are sold more. Green chutney served with samosa makes the taste more spicy. He told that samosas are served to people here at cheaper rates than other shops. People coming to the vegetable market definitely come to this cart shop and eat samosas and pakodas. He told that people are fed samosas for just Rs 6.
Make sales of more than two thousand rupees daily
Shopkeeper Ajay Kumar Gupta said that he sells different types of pakodas including samosas worth more than Rs 2,000 every day. He told that the income is also earned according to the crowd in the market. Ajay told that self-employment is the best medium to run a household.
There is hard work in this, but there is also satisfaction. He told that sometimes it seems that if he had been more educated, perhaps he could have done a job. But we also see that youth spend half their lives in pursuit of government jobs, but in the end they get disappointed. He told that the purpose of life is to earn money, whether it is a lot or work. It is better that we do not become self-employed.
